Each PimpMySpace wallplate is made to order specifically for you — 3D-printed and finished individually based on the design, type, and color you select at checkout. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Please double-check your plate type and color selection before placing your order. We provide a Type Guide, product descriptions, and a 3D color preview to help you choose. If you have any questions before ordering, use the help chat on the site, our contact form, or email hello@pimpmyspace.store — we're happy to help.
Manufacturing defects eligible for exchange include:
- Visible cracks or print failures on the plate surface
- Missing or broken mounting holes
- Items damaged during shipping (report within 7 days with photos)
- Wrong item shipped by us (different design/type/color than on your order confirmation)
NOT eligible for exchange or refund:
- The wrong type or color was selected by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Color appearance differences due to monitor calibration, room lighting, or PLA batch variation
- Damage from improper installation or use
How to request an exchange
Email hello@pimpmyspace.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect (email lets you attach the photos we need). You can also reach us through the help chat on this site or our contact form. We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
