FAQ

How are commissions calculated?
10% of net subtotal — i.e. the order total before shipping, taxes, and any platform fees. Commissions are confirmed 30 days after delivery to allow for any returns or exchanges.

What if my customer uses a discount code AND my code?
Codes don't stack by default. Your customer either uses your code (and you get the credit) or another sale code. Pick the one that gives them the better deal — the customer experience comes first.

Does it work with bundles?
Yes. If a customer buys 5+ plates and gets the bundle discount, your 10% applies to the discounted subtotal.

How and when am I paid?
Monthly via PayPal once your balance is $25+. Payments cleared on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed commissions.

Can I create content using your product before being accepted?
We'd prefer you wait until accepted so we can send you a complimentary plate to feature. Quality content is more important than speed.
