By placing an order with PimpMySpace, you agree to these terms.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All wallplates are 3D-printed and finished after your order is placed. Production starts within 1–2 business days of payment and typically takes 2–7 business days total. If production exceeds 7 business days for any reason, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after production has begun.

2. Customer Responsibility for Selection

You are responsible for verifying that the wallplate type, gang count, and color you select match your installation. We provide the Type Guide, product descriptions, and an in-page 3D preview to help you choose. Exchanges or refunds are not available for wrong type or color selection (see Exchange Policy).

3. Aesthetic Use Only — Important Safety Notice

PimpMySpace wallplates are designed for aesthetic use only. They are NOT safety-certified electrical components and should not be relied on for protection against electrical shocks, heat, or other electrical hazards. Use them only in combination with properly certified electrical hardware.

4. User Responsibility for Installation

By purchasing, you agree to install and use the product responsibly, in accordance with local electrical code and the instructions provided. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Canada via standard courier. Transit times vary by destination. Tracking is provided once the order ships.

6. Color Accuracy

We render product images to closely match the printed PLA finish, but variations may occur due to monitor calibration, lighting, and PLA batch. The physical product is the reference, not the on-screen render.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order's total value paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
