Refund policy
Each PimpMySpace wallplate is made to order specifically for you — 3D-printed and finished individually based on the design, type, and color you select at checkout. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns.
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
Please double-check your plate type and color selection before placing your order. We provide a Type Guide, product descriptions, and a 3D color preview to help you choose. If you have any questions before ordering, use the help chat on the site or email pimpmyspaceinc@gmail.com — we're happy to help.
Manufacturing defects eligible for exchange include:
- Visible cracks or print failures on the plate surface
- Missing or broken mounting holes
- Items damaged during shipping (report within 7 days with photos)
- Wrong item shipped by us (different design/type/color than on your order confirmation)
NOT eligible for exchange or refund:
- The wrong type or color was selected by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Color appearance differences due to monitor calibration, room lighting, or PLA batch variation
- Damage from improper installation or use
How to request an exchange
Use the help chat on this site or email pimpmyspaceinc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
